WHAT TO DO TO LOSE YOUR WEIGHT?


  1. Concentrate on food that you eat, choose your diet if you can not control your eating habbits. (I chose ATKINS DIET, so in this blog I'll be focused on it.)
  2. Decide what your goal is. How much weight do you want to lose?
    I have 165 pounds, and want to have 130. 35 more pounds to go!
  3. EXERCISE! Choose your style of exercising. I will do jogging, some stratching and yoga. After, when I get some money, I will go to jim, bellydance and yoga lessons.
  4. THINK POSITIVE! It's very important not to lose your concentration. You need to be(always) focused on your diet plan and your great goal.
  5. Speak about your diet, and all your diet plans, only with person who are supportive. (Come here, and we can suport each other.)
  6. Always plan your meals. Remember to have groceries that you need at home. Write what you need to buy for the next day.
  7. NEVER GIVE UP. One wrong meal will ruin everything, and you will be so disappointed in yourself.
  8. Sleep well.
