Monday! Third day of Atkins!


Today is my third day of Atkins! I feel great! And this time, I really will not give up. I deserve to have nice body, and for once do it right! Just to see how it feels to be skinny. :) Can't wait summer! I'm going to buy thousands of bikinis. I want nautical(darkblue+white, and red+white), bandeau white bikini...

For breakfast I will eat: onion, gauda, 2 eggs. (It won't be some big portion, as it sounds :)) For lunch: tuna, cauliflower, heavy cream, and lots of green salad
For dinner: broccoli, salad

WHAT WILL I DO WHEN I SUCCEED MY GOAL?


  1. I will be happy that I sticked to my plan.
  2. I will buy beautiful new clothes that I never had(dresses, skirts, tights and skinny jeans).
  3. I will spend all summer in my fabulous new bandeau bikini.
  4. I will continue with my diet eating habbits-it's very important for me to continue control my eating habbits. Remember, YOU DON'T WANT TO GET THIS ROAD AGAIN.
  5. I will take millions pictures of myself, and put them PROUD on my blog, and my diet forum.
  6. I will be nice person.

THINGS YOU SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE IN MIND

  • Diet is rule if you are overweighted, and want to become slimmer, but exercise is also very important(we all want to have nice, firm ass :D)
  • Always eat, do not skip your meals.
  • Drink much, but do not drink alcohol. Alcohol can ruin all your diet, because it slows your metabolism. Drink water, tea without suger. Drink at list 2 liters per day.

WHAT TO DO TO LOSE YOUR WEIGHT?


  1. Concentrate on food that you eat, choose your diet if you can not control your eating habbits. (I chose ATKINS DIET, so in this blog I'll be focused on it.)
  2. Decide what your goal is. How much weight do you want to lose?
    I have 165 pounds, and want to have 130. 35 more pounds to go!
  3. EXERCISE! Choose your style of exercising. I will do jogging, some stratching and yoga. After, when I get some money, I will go to jim, bellydance and yoga lessons.
  4. THINK POSITIVE! It's very important not to lose your concentration. You need to be(always) focused on your diet plan and your great goal.
  5. Speak about your diet, and all your diet plans, only with person who are supportive. (Come here, and we can suport each other.)
  6. Always plan your meals. Remember to have groceries that you need at home. Write what you need to buy for the next day.
  7. NEVER GIVE UP. One wrong meal will ruin everything, and you will be so disappointed in yourself.
  8. Sleep well.
