- Diet is rule if you are overweighted, and want to become slimmer, but exercise is also very important(we all want to have nice, firm ass :D)
- Always eat, do not skip your meals.
- Drink much, but do not drink alcohol. Alcohol can ruin all your diet, because it slows your metabolism. Drink water, tea without suger. Drink at list 2 liters per day.
